There’s no “perfect” age — every stage is worth remembering.

FAQ

What if my children don’t sit still or cooperate?

That’s completely okay — and very normal! Family sessions are designed to be relaxed and fun. I gently guide the session while allowing kids to move, play, and be themselves. Some of the most beautiful images come from these natural, in-between moments.

What should we wear as a family?

Once you’re booked, you’ll receive a styling guide with colour palettes and outfit tips to help everything flow together beautifully. You’ll also have access to my client wardrobe for mums and children if you’d like to borrow something.You’ll also have access to my client wardrobe, which includes flattering maternity dresses you’re welcome to borrow.

How long does a family session take?

Family sessions usually run for 60 minutes in total, 30 minutes of shoot and 15 minutes of just candid photos, while 15minutes allow me to meet the family beforehand. This allows time for a relaxed pace, cuddles, play, and short breaks if needed — especially with younger children.

Where do family sessions take place?

You can choose between:

When will we receive our photos?

Your personalised online gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks after your session. From there, you can download your images and select any additional photos if you wish.
